Handling all aspects of insurance defense litigation, the Tyson & Mendes Las Vegas office serves counties across the state of Nevada. Our legal team represent clients in the full gamut of complicated cases, including professional liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions matters, homeowners association litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, personal injury, wrongful death lawsuits, employment law, and appeals. Our Nevada-based attorneys have extensive appellate experience in both the Nevada state and federal courts.
The Las Vegas office is managed by Partner Griffith Hayes. Mr. Hayes received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1985 and his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has significant knowledge of construction litigation. He is often retained to work on construction agreements for developers and general contractors.
