We pride ourselves in being recognized as one of the best law firms for female attorneys in the United States, and our partnership process continues to make the recruitment and retainment of female lawyers a priority.

As a result of these efforts, approximately 50% of our 150-plus attorneys nationwide are women. Additionally, women make up 50% of our equity partnership. This diversity in gender representation establishes us as a leader in the industry for female attorneys.

While the legal industry as a whole has struggled to diversify its ranks, our success in recruiting and retaining attorneys from diverse backgrounds has garnered national recognition.  

We participate in various national and statewide programs such as the California Minority Counsel Program, which provides attorneys of differing ethnicities opportunities for business and professional development.  Our involvement in these programs brings attorneys of all races together to strengthen diversity and inclusion within the legal field across the nation.

Further, our internal Diversity and Inclusion Committee collaborates with our HR and Recruiting departments to ensure we are seeking out, working to retain, and promoting diverse talent.  With feedback from our Committee, we continue to challenge ourselves to support the needs of our diverse team members.
