The Tyson & Mendes New York office serves the entire state, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut, handling all facets of defense litigation. Our legal team represents clients in defense of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, sexual torts, professional liability, New York labor law, commercial litigation, product liability, construction and construction defect, and internal investigations on behalf of government agencies. Our New York attorneys have extensive appellate experience in both the New York state and federal courts.
Our New York office is led by Danielle Pascale, a trial attorney with over 20 years experience. Ms. Pascale’s practice focuses on the defense of entity defendants where sexual torts are alleged, including sexual assault and child sexual abuse. Ms. Pascale obtained her J.D. from the City University of New York in 2001 and her B.A. in Political Science from Pace University in 1996.
