The Tyson & Mendes New York office serves the entire state, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut, handling all facets of defense litigation. Our legal team represents clients in defense of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, sexual torts, professional liability, New York labor law, commercial litigation, product liability, construction and construction defect, and internal investigations on behalf of government agencies. Our New York attorneys have extensive appellate experience in both the New York state and federal courts.
Our New York office is led by Patrick Healey, a trial attorney with over three decades of experience in the civil litigation area, having handled cases of professional negligence, medical malpractice, New York Labor Law, automobile and premises liability, municipal liability, civil rights, products liability, employment litigation, insurance coverage, ERISA, and employment law. Mr. Healey obtained his J.D. in 1991 from the Villanova University School of Law.
