About
The Tyson & Mendes Norwalk office serves counties across the state of Connecticut and handles all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including defense of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, professional liability, commercial litigation, product liability, employment, and construction and construction defect. Our Norwalk attorneys have extensive appellate experience in both the Connecticut state and federal courts.
Our Norwalk office is led by Danielle Pascale, a trial attorney with over 20 years experience. Ms. Pascale’s practice focuses on the defense of entity defendants where sexual torts are alleged, including sexual assault and child sexual abuse. Ms. Pascale obtained her J.D. from the City University of New York in 2001 and her B.A. in Political Science from Pace University in 1996.
Cathleen Kelly Rebar oversees the Norwalk office as the Northeast Regional Managing Partner.
