Jonathan Hack
Jonathan Hack is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ New York and Connecticut offices. With over 15 years of experience, he is dedicated to delivering strategic, results-driven legal solutions tailored to his clients’ unique needs.
Mr. Hack’s practice spans a wide range of complex litigation matters, including premises liability, construction defect, automobile, products liability and insurance coverage. He has successfully defended a diverse clientele—from architects and engineers to real estate management companies and trucking companies—achieving favorable outcomes through diligent advocacy and thoughtful risk management.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Hack was a partner at a large insurance defense firm in New York City, where he honed his litigation skills and deepened his knowledge of high-stakes civil matters. He is known for his thorough approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to guiding clients through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution.
Mr. Hack is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University.
Outside the office, Mr. Hack enjoys spending time with his wife and twin sons. He is also passionate about cooking and exploring new travel destinations.
