With extensive litigation experience, Frishman will focus on cases involving personal injury, including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, as well as significant property damage claims across a wide range of general liability and casualty matters. This includes construction-related accidents, premises liability, unfair business practices and related claims.

Frishman will join one of Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles Complex Trial Teams, which is regularly “parachuted in” shortly before trial to successfully triage high-stakes litigation throughout the country.

Frishman received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1987. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in journalism and business administration from Illinois State University in 1984. Frishman is a member of the California State Bar and has served as counsel in various other states on a Pro Hac Vice basis.
