Tyson & Mendes Purchases Scottsdale Building for its Arizona Office: Law Firm Will Move from Phoenix into New Space in the Coming Months

Scottsdale, Ariz. (November 19, 2019) – Tyson & Mendes LLP announced today the purchase of a building in Scottsdale that will serve as the new home of the law firm’s office in the Grand Canyon State starting early next year.

The rapidly growing civil defense firm will occupy at least half of the building at 7910 E Thompson Peak Pkwy to start, with options for expansion.

Currently located in Phoenix, the firm’s Arizona office is led by Managing Partner Lynn Allen and provides a full range of insurance defense litigation. Allen is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in a wide variety of complex cases and is a frequent lecturer on insurance bad faith and coverage issues in the state.

Tyson & Mendes’ six lawyers in the Arizona office, along with their staff, will transition to the new space in Scottsdale after the completion of a construction project.

“Our Arizona staff has doubled in size since the start of 2018, and this new office space will allow us to expand even more,” said Tyson & Mendes Managing Partner Robert Tyson. “The increased space will allow us to hire many more Arizona attorneys to help us achieve our firm’s mission of justice for all.”

With offices throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New York, Washington and Florida, Tyson & Mendes is one of the country’s fastest growing legal defense firms, now with more than 150 lawyers and more than 300 total employees.

The firm experienced 60% growth in 2018 and has grown even further so far in 2019. To learn about career opportunities with Tyson & Mendes, please visit our Careers page.
