Holly Howanitz is Jacksonville managing partner and a partner in Nashville for Tyson & Mendes, a national insurance and civil litigation defense firm. She oversees litigation management, workloads and mentoring. She has defended corporations and insurance carriers in transportation, construction defect, premises and product liability cases. Howanitz is on the board of the American Board of Trial Advocates and helps plan a 5k walk/run that raises money for high school sports. She is admitted to the bar in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
