Robert Link is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on personal injury defense, including tractor-trailer collision defense.
Mr. Link has extensive in-court experience before judges all over California. He maximizes open communication channels with opposing counsel both while seeking settlements and preparing for trial. He prides himself on using sound business-decision principles in resolving cases. Notable results include helping a prominent national food chain settle a $20,000,000 TBI-related demand for less than $5,000,000, a savings of over $15,000,000. Mr. Link was previously active with the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Intellectual Property section, with an emphasis on internet and technology issues.
Mr. Link obtained his J.D. from Northwestern California University School of Law in 2009.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Link taught personal development seminars, including topics such as non-verbal communication and neuro-linguistic programming. In 2011, he joined the inaugural season of Legal Voices, the choral group attached to the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic.
