Molly Gilardi
Molly Gilardi is Special Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office. Her practice focuses primarily on personal injury and general liability litigation. Ms. Gilardi is an experienced litigator, having successfully defended individuals and businesses throughout the state of California.
Ms. Gilardi has favorably resolved a variety of cases for her clients in matters involving complex personal injury, insurance coverage, and construction defect. Ms. Gilardi won a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal concerning the issuance of a permanent injunction and obtained an award of attorneys’ fees for $1.8 million. She has also successfully settled numerous cases and disposed of cases via motion in the early stages of litigation.
Ms. Gilardi received a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2000. Ms. Gilardi earned her J.D. in 2005 from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, where she was a member of the USF Law Review. Ms. Gilardi is licensed to practice law in California.
In her free time, Ms. Gilardi enjoys being active outdoors with her pet terrier. She is an avid hiker and runner and enjoys exploring the beautiful Bay Area trails.
