Michael McLoughlin

Michael McLoughlin is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Las Vegas office. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, professional negligence defense, premises liability, employment practices litigation defense, defense of civil rights claims, appellate work, as well as the general defense of entity and individual defendants.

Mr. McLoughlin has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout Nevada and in the federal district court of Nevada. Additionally, Mr. McLoughlin has represented clients in numerous cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. McLoughlin also has extensive experience in making oral arguments in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. McLoughlin obtained his J.D. from the New York Law School in 2006. He obtained his B.A. in both history and philosophy from Binghamton University in 2002.

In his free time, Mr. McLoughlin enjoys spending time with his two children. He also enjoys traveling, darts, and Yankees baseball.
