Leah Gaydos

Leah Gaydos is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ New York office where she concentrates her practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters. Ms. Gaydos’ primary practice areas include: Construction Defect, Construction Labor Law, Employment Law, General Liability, NY Labor Law/NYLL, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Real Estate & Broker Defense, and SA/Human Trafficking. She is admitted to the state bar of New York. Prior to the active practice of law, Ms. Gaydos previously worked as a business consultant for Kernel Productions.

Ms. Gaydos obtained her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University graduating with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While in law school, Ms. Gaydos was part of the executive Board for Hofstra’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She was also an active member of the school’s Women in Law Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Gaydos served as the Chief Financial Officer for an entertainment company. Ms. Gaydos earned a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from DePaul University in 2021 and is a proud member of the Chi Omega Fraternity.
