Jane Goldfeder Kuppermann, Esq.

Jane Kuppermann is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, burns and other catastrophic injuries, as well as significant property damage claims across a wide range of general liability and casualty matters for the Complex Trial Team.

Ms. Kuppermann has extensive litigation experience, including representing individual and corporate clients in complex, high-value litigation matters from inception through mediation and trial in state courts and in federal district courts, both in California and New York. She advises clients in complex insurance defense litigation cases, including evaluating legal options in defense of and resolution of litigated matters. Ms. Kuppermann works extensively through the use of motions to successfully resolve cases pre-trial. Ms. Kuppermann is also licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

Ms. Kuppermann obtained her J.D. from Syracuse University – College of Law in 1990. She obtained her B.A. from the William Smith College, where she participated in the Honors Program and graduated cum laude. Ms. Kuppermann is a member of the academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Kuppermann enjoys traveling, especially visiting her children in Minnesota and England. When not traveling, she loves dinner with friends and spending time outdoors.
