Ian McCallister

Ian McCallister is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. His practices focuses on the defense of personal injury and property damage cases.

Mr. McCallister has extensive litigation experience representing product manufacturers, retail establishments, and other business in a wide variety of tort claims and commercial disputes. Mr. McCallister works to position cases for summary judgment or early settlement, saving clients millions of dollars in potential jury verdicts.

Mr. McCallister obtained his J.D. from New York University in 1998. He obtained his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Florida, graduating with high honors in 1994.

In his free time, Mr. McCallister enjoys golf and attending his children’s school and sporting events.
