Erik Fox

Erik Fox is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Las Vegas office. He represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, general liability, and commercial matters.

Mr. Fox is an AV-rated attorney who has serviced claims on behalf of some of the world’s largest insurance carriers and scores of private clients. Mr. Fox is also experienced in representing clients under the Fair Credit Reporting and Fair Debt Collection Acts. Mindful of the increasing economic pressures under which clients conduct their businesses, he strives to resolve claims quickly and efficiently. Mr. Fox also provides innovative and timely strategic counsel to help clients make better-informed decisions, resolve complex legal challenges and achieve specific business goals.

Mr. Fox obtained his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He obtained his B.A. from Montana State University.

Mr. Fox has extensive multicultural experience from living in Saudi Arabia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
