Connor Plant

Connor Plant is an Associate Attorney in Tyson & Mendes’ Denver office and works within a multi-attorney team. His practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, construction defect, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and many other areas which trigger insurance policies.

Mr. Plant has been fortunate to obtain many different and diverse experiences across a broad range of practice areas and courts. Mr. Plant argued and won a dismissal in a criminal case on unreasonable search and seizure grounds by drafting a motion to suppress evidence. On two occasions in the civil realm, Mr. Plant fought for and received attorney fees for clients he successfully defended at trial. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Plant has been crucial to many negotiations and agreements—saving the time and expense of further litigation. At all times, Mr. Plant keeps his clients informed and is available for his clients to contact at all reasonable hours. He is an active member of his local and state bar organizations.

Mr. Plant obtained his J.D. from the University of Utah in 2018.

In his free time, Mr. Plant enjoys spending time with his dog, rock climbing, and exploring the beauty of Colorado. He also enjoys working with his hands, be it working in a garden, motorcycle maintenance, or playing guitar.
