Brandon Howard

Brandon Howard is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and employment defense.

Mr. Howard has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California and federal courts. Mr. Howard finds novel legal arguments and has been successful in numerous summary judgment motions. He has worked on high exposure matters for resolution through litigation, mediation, or arbitration.

Mr. Howard obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2013, where he served on the Entertainment Law Journal and graduated with distinction. He obtained his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 2009, where he graduated cum laude.

In his free time, Mr. Howard enjoys playing sports, practicing languages, practicing piano, and most importantly, spending time with his family
