On May 27, 2021, plaintiff Ami Dorian was riding her bicycle on the sidewalk of Glencoe Ave. northbound approaching the intersection of Glencoe Ave. and Maxella Ave. in Los Angeles. Defendant Maamar Susini, was traveling eastbound on Maxella Ave. and stopped at the limit line for the intersection for a red light.
