Winfield Pollidore
Winfield Pollidore is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Atlanta office. He has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of tort claims such as construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, premises liability, and product liability. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Mr. Pollidore is well-versed in family law, handling all aspects of domestic relations issues, including divorce, child custody, mediation, spousal support, and post-divorce disputes. Mr Pollidore is also a Patent Attorney who assist clients with obtaining Trademark registrations for their most priced marks.
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Pollidore worked as a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry in Michigan, where he developed a keen analytical approach to problem-solving. His engineering background provides a unique perspective in handling complex construction defect cases which also allows him to effectively represent contractors, property owners, and other professionals facing intricate liability issues. His ability to navigate both technical and legal complexities makes him a valuable advocate for his clients.

Mr. Pollidore obtained his J.D. from Georgia State University, College of Law. He obtained his M.B.A. from Wayne State University and his B.S.M.E. from University of Michigan. Mr. Pollidore is also a register patent attorney with the United States patent and Trademark Office.
