Viviana Bro

Viviana Bro is an Associate Attorney in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. She focuses on civil litigation defense.

Ms. Bro brings a well-rounded perspective—her defense work is informed by her prior experience as a law clerk advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters. This experience gave her a keen insight into common plaintiff strategies and how to combat them. Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Bro held a senior leadership position as Director, Group HR Business Partner at Broadcom Corporation, a Fortune 500 technology company based in Palo Alto, California. Her corporate experience strengthens her ability to serve clients with a practical, business-minded approach to litigation strategy.

Ms. Bro obtained her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2021. She obtained her B.A. in English Language from the Universidad de Chile, where she graduated with distinction, and her M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

In her free time, Ms. Bro enjoys spending time with her family, running, practicing CrossFit, exploring emerging technologies, and following international soccer leagues.
