Tai Tran

Tai Tran is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. His practice centers on the defense of personal injury, public sector general liability, sexual torts, and employment matters.

With substantial litigation experience, Mr. Tran has defended public entities, individuals, financial institutions, and other businesses in state courts all over California. He has secured favorable outcomes for his clients through every stage of pretrial litigation, including the use of “safe harbor” letters, targeted discovery that led to voluntary dismissals, complex evidentiary and dispositive motions, and alternative dispute resolution. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Tran obtained his  J.D from the University of San Diego School of Law. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Outside the office, Mr. Tran enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys hiking, exercise, and serving with his community.
