Sebastian Napoli

Sebastian Napoli is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, construction litigation defense, medical malpractice defense, engineering malpractice defense, premises liability defense, product liability defense, and commercial transportation defense.

Mr. Napoli is an experienced attorney specializing in civil litigation, with a focus on healthcare liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and commercial transportation. He has carefully refined his legal expertise through over years of practice, successfully navigating complex legal landscapes in state and federal courts. Mr. Napoli finds novel legal arguments and has been extremely successful in positioning cases for summary judgment. He continually strives each and every day to perfect his craft and to keep climbing in all aspects of life. Mr. Napoli is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and his experience includes representing individuals, corporations, and institutions in a wide range of cases.

Mr. Napoli obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2021, where he graduated within the top half of his class. He concentrated his studies in Business and Finance Law. He obtained his B.A. from West Virginia University in 2016, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Napoli is a member of the academic honor societies, Phi Alpha Theta and Alpha Sigma Pi

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Napoli is focused on community involvement. He volunteers in various mock trial competitions.
