Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office. He represents clients in a wide array of disputes, with extensive experience in personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, slip-and-fall, and premises liability matters.

Mr. Miller began his career in Dubai, where he worked on construction disputes and oil and gas equipment lease disputes, gaining early exposure to cross-border issues, technical expert testimony, and high-stakes commercial negotiations. Following his work in Dubai, he later ran his own private practice for nine years. Based on his experience, Mr. Miller also advises and litigates in business litigation, construction defect, and breach of contract cases. He strives to bring a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to complex claims. Mr. Miller pairs disciplined case strategy with clear client communication to efficiently drive matters from investigation through resolution, whether by dispositive motion, mediation, or trial.

Mr. Miller obtained his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 2013. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science and Cultural Anthropology from Brigham Young University in 2009 and an M.B.A. from the Drucker School of Business at Claremont Graduate University in 2013.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and exploring the Himalayas with them.
