Paige Wojdyla

Paige Wojdyla is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including automotive, trucking, and premises liability matters.

Ms. Wojdyla represents individuals and businesses throughout all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Wojdyla practiced in the area of personal injury litigation, where she gained experience handling complex negligence claims from inception through resolution. Drawing on that experience, she develops practical litigation strategies, evaluates liability and damages, and works to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for her clients.

Ms. Wojdyla attended Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her J.D. in 2018. She obtained her B.S. in Accounting from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania.

When not practicing law, Ms. Wojdyla enjoys golfing, watching Formula 1, and spending time with friends and family in sunny Florida.
