Noel Edlin
Noel Edlin is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office. His practice areas include catastrophic injury, toxic tort, environmental, product liability, construction defect, commercial auto, and employment.
With four decades of experience, Mr. Edlin has a track record defending high-profile clients against high-stakes, complex claims. He has obtained successful resolution for hundreds of cases via settlements, as well as multiple jury verdicts and appeals. He has successfully defended Fortune 500 companies, has won a six-month-long jury trial with national publicity, and litigated a fire-related fatality case at a global pharmaceutical company. In addition to his exemplary litigation record, he has proven himself as a thought leader with frequent conference speaking engagements and articles published in industry outlets. Mr. Edlin has been recognized by Super Lawyers® as a San Francisco Super Lawyer for Environmental Litigation every year since 2006.
Mr. Edlin obtained his J.D. from UC College of the Law. He obtained his B.A. in political science from the University of Hawaii.
