Melody Yadegar

Melody Yadegar is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office, where she defends individuals and insurance carriers in a wide range of personal injury matters. Her practice focuses on automobile liability and premises liability cases, with a particular emphasis on high-exposure bodily injury claims and cases involving complex insurance coverage issues.

Ms. Yadegar brings a unique perspective to her defense practice, having previously represented plaintiffs in motor vehicle and personal injury claims. She leverages this experience to anticipate opposing strategies and deliver practical, results-driven outcomes for her clients..

Ms. Yadegar obtained her J.D. from Southwestern Law School. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Outside of the office, Ms. Yadegar enjoys traveling, fashion, and staying active with daily workouts. She is also a proud and dedicated mother of two boys.
