Mamta Singh

Mamta Singh is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office, where she focuses her practice on personal injury defense and civil litigation.

Ms. Singh provides clients with legal advice for all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. She brings experience advising clients on complex legal issues, analyzing liability and damages, and developing strategic solutions tailored to each case. Ms. Singh’s background in handling high-stakes matters equips her with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to advocacy and client service. She has delivered strong results for her clients by helping resolve claims efficiently and favorably. Ms. Singh has contributed to early case assessments which supported strategic dismissals and cost-effective settlements, drafted dispositive motions which narrowed liability, and assisted in discovery efforts which strengthened defense positions. She has also supported successful negotiations which reduced exposure for clients and prepared cases for arbitration and hearings, consistently advancing client objectives. Ms. Singh is admitted to practice in the State of California.

Ms. Singh obtained her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she developed a solid foundation in civil litigation and advocacy. During her time at McGeorge, she served as the Vice Chair of the Moot Court program and the President of the Governmental Affairs Student Association. Ms. Singh is a member of the California Lawyers Association, Sacramento Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association of Sacramento. Her legal training and professional involvement reflect her commitment to continued growth and excellence in litigation practice.

Outside of work, Ms. Singh enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through Bollywood dancing, as well as participating in various cultural events where she exhibits her passion for singing. She spends most of her time serving her community via the various Hindu temples in the Central Valley region. She values balance and brings the same energy and dedication she applies in her personal interests to her professional work.
