Lindsey Zucker

Lindsey Zucker is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ New Jersey office. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Zucker was an associate at a Northeastern regional firm. She has several years of medical malpractice experience as both an associate and a law clerk. In addition, Ms. Zucker also handles general liability and premises liability cases. She has argued and had several cases sent to arbitration in several nursing home cases. Ms. Zucker is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Wisconsin, and Tennesse.

Ms. Zucker obtained her J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2021, where she was on the Sport Law Review and graduated with a Sport Law Certificate. She obtained her B.S. from Florida State University in 2018, where she was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.

In her free time, Ms. Zucker enjoys watching her Eagles and Seminoles during the fall. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and the beach.
