Klaryx Martinez Hinojosa

Klaryx Martinez Hinojosa is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Antonio office. Her practice focuses on personal injury and insurance defense. Ms. Martinez Hinojosa is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to providing effective communication and strong advocacy for her clients.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Martinez Hinojosa worked at two personal injury firms, where she represented injured clients and helped recover millions of dollars in settlements. She managed cases from pre-litigation through trial preparation and has experience negotiating favorable resolutions on behalf of her clients. Her plaintiff-side experience gives her a strategic advantage in evaluating and defending claims. Ms. Martinez Hinojosa is licensed to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

A proud native of Laredo, Texas, Ms. Martinez Hinojosa obtained her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she earned Dean’s List honors and received a Pro Bono Honors Award. She obtained her B.A. in Sociology from Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas, where she earned Dean’s List honors and received the Emile Durkheim Award.

In her free time, Ms. Martinez Hinojosa enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and spending time at the ranch.
