Kendall Rigdon

Kendall Rigdon is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Ft. Lauderdale office.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rigdon has only defended insurance carriers, self-insureds, governmental entities and private companies for more than three decades against bodily injury and wrongful death claims in 58 of the 67 counties in Florida. With multiple defense verdicts in premise, auto and UM cases, he brings credibility to the defense of his clients in court. He has tried more than 30 cases to verdict. Communicating with juries from a point of humility and integrity, he finds strength in sharing common sense theories of the case against an era of exaggerated claims and verdicts.

Mr. Rigdon obtained his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. He has been a member of the Florida bar since 1995.

Mr. Rigdon and his wife, Rita, have three adult children and now raise Angus cattle and miniature donkeys in North Merritt Island. Their homestead is only four miles from the launchpads at Kennedy Space Center. When not in court, Mr. Rigdon winds down by playing guitar and listening to the grunts and snoring from their four French Bulldogs.
