Julia Shmilovich

Julia Shmilovich is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. She represents and advocates for businesses and carriers in an array of matters including employment discrimination, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, and premises liability.

Ms. Shmilovich works with clients to determine the best path to meet their litigation goals. She started her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Bingham II in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County Vicinage. Ms. Shmilovich is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Ms. Shmilovich obtained her J.D. from Drexel Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a fellow Marshall Brennan fellow and associate editor of the Drexel Law Review.

When not practicing law, Ms. Shmilovich enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and cats.
