Joshua Bradley

Joshua Bradley is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Jacksonville office. His practice focuses on general liability, personal auto, trucking and transportation, dram shop, and rideshare matters, as well as premises liability and negligent security claims.

Mr. Bradley brings more than a decade of litigation experience and a proven ability to handle high-exposure cases for individuals, businesses, and insurers across Florida. After joining the Coast Guard, he began his legal career in personal injury litigation, bringing with him an attention to detail and risk-assessment skills honed during his time in the Coast Guard. As a litigator, Mr. Bradley developed a reputation for thorough case evaluation, strategic negotiation, and strong courtroom advocacy. His work included numerous six-figure and multiple seven-figure results, highlighted by a $3.4 million trial victory involving a disputed rear-end collision. Mr. Bradley now leverages his plaintiff-side insight to strengthen his insurance defense practice, giving him a unique ability to anticipate opposing strategies, evaluate claims with precision, and position cases for efficient and favorable outcomes. His current work spans personal injury defense, civil litigation, and complex business and commercial disputes. He is recognized for his disciplined approach, commitment to client communication, and ability to navigate high-stakes matters with clarity and professionalism.

Mr. Bradley obtained his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida

In his free time, Mr. Bradley enjoys spending time with his children.  He also enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and Gator sports.
