John F. Meade
John F. Meade is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Tallahassee office. His practice focuses primarily on defending personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability, and wrongful death matters.
Mr. Meade has over twenty years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including wide ranging-experience in defending Fortune 100 companies, major retailers, self-insured entities, insurance carriers, and individuals in all Florida State courts and federal district courts. He has successfully defended and resolved hundreds of matters for his clients in mediation, arbitration, and pre-suit claims for well within policy limits. Mr. Meade has also obtained numerous favorable summary judgments in various matters, including recent successes in two personal injury cases with large national retailers. He began his career as a claims representative for a national automobile and commercial liability carrier.
Mr. Meade obtained his J.D. in 2004 from Suffolk University Law School. He obtained his B.A. from Dickinson College.
In his free time, Mr. Meade enjoys outdoor activities, especially bicycling as well as spending time with friends and family and reading.
