Jessica Zaragoza

Jessica Zaragoza is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. Her practice focuses on catastrophic accidents, personal injury, and premise liability.

Ms. Zaragoza has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California. Her attention to detail has led to early resolution, including successfully positioning cases for summary judgment and limiting damages.

Ms. Zaragoza obtained her J.D., cum laude, from California Western School of Law. While in law school, she was on the Dean’s honors list for several trimesters, a Property I and II tutor for 1st year students, and a Faculty Award recipient. She obtained her B.A. in Political Science from the University of San Diego.

In her free time, Ms. Zaragoza enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys reading, road trips, and concerts.
