Frank W. Baer
Frank Baer is a Partner at Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office and leads a multi-attorney team. His practice focuses on personal injury defense, catastrophic personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense and real estate transaction defense.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Baer was a partner at a Pennsylvania firm. With over 30 years of experience, he is well-positioned to handle even the most difficult cases. Mr. Baer leverages his deep experience and jurisdictional familiarity to drive successful outcomes for clients. He has represented individuals and companies in state courts, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in the federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Baer has been successful in positioning cases for voluntary dismissal by plaintiffs in legal malpractice and medical malpractice cases. As a mediator and arbitrator himself, Mr. Baer is adept in providing a balanced perspective through extensive evaluations of cases in their early stages and recommending those matters which can be resolved early through mediation.
Mr. Baer obtained his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1985. He obtained his B.S. from Rider College, where he majored in political science and graduated with distinction.
In his free time, Mr. Baer enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys traveling, reading and skiing.
