Eugenia Apraku

Eugenia Apraku is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Dallas office and a registered nurse. Her practice focuses on personal injury defense, including commercial trucking, motor vehicle, dram shop, and premises liability matters. She also represents clients in professional liability and medical malpractice matters.

Ms. Apraku is skilled at analyzing complex matters, identifying key issues, and preparing cases for trial. Her detailed case assessments and trial-focused strategies help position clients for favorable outcomes. Drawing on her healthcare background, she efficiently evaluates complex medical issues and brings informed judgment to settlement negotiations.

Ms. Apraku obtained her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and her B.S.N. from Midwestern State University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Georgia. She supports the Texas Nurses Association, District 4, in Dallas, and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys.

Outside of work, Ms. Apraku enjoys spending time with her family and participating in community activities. She values opportunities to connect with and support the Dallas community.
