Eric Davis
Eric Davis is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office, where his practice focuses on insurance defense, construction litigation, complex litigation, and trial practice.
Early in his legal career, Mr. Davis secured a significant victory when he obtained dismissal of both fraud and elder abuse charges involving a financial professional. Since then, he has built a robust practice handling numerous settled matters and motions for summary judgment, ranging from fraud to negligence and products liability. He is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, and the Central District of California.
Mr. Davis obtained his J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law in 2021, where he participated on the USF moot court team. He was also cofounder and president of the Music and Law Society and graduated with an intellectual property and technology certificate with honors. Mr. Davis obtained his undergraduate degree from Arizona State’s W. P. Carey School of Business with a concentration in law.
In his free time, Mr. Davis enjoys watching his favorite sports teams: the New York Mets, Jets, Knicks, and Rangers, as well as cheering on the Arizona State Sun Devils. He also enjoys spending time with his two cats, Shaggy and Scrappy.
