Emily T. Antoku

Emily T. Antoku is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. She is skilled civil litigator specializing in personal injury, business, and construction litigation.

Ms. Antoku began her legal career in 2019, gaining valuable experience in personal injury and landlord-tenant disputes before transitioning to business and construction defect cases. Her dynamic background equips her to tackle complex legal challenges and advocate fiercely for her clients. Ms. Antoku is adept at legal research and motion practice, having successfully argued and defended against summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions throughout the life of the case.

Ms. Antoku obtained her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree, graduating summa cum laude at the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff, where she competed as a Division I soccer player. Her competitive spirit, honed as a collegiate athlete, drives her determination in achieving favorable outcomes.

Outside the office, Ms. Antoku enjoys quality time with her husband, pets, family, and friends, as well as playing board games and bowling.
