Darya Landa
Darya Landa is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office. Her practice focuses on general liability, personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability.
Ms. Landa represents individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California and in federal district courts. Her past clients include small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, grocery store chains, hotels and restaurants, owners and property managers of commercial buildings, and professionals—including attorneys and tax professionals. Ms. Landa has successfully negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of her clients and has trial experience to include successfully defending an excess carrier, which led to preventing the carrier from having to contribute to a verdict owed to plaintiffs. Her experience also includes plaintiffs’ employment law and advising unions and employers on workplace policies.
Ms. Landa obtained her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University.
In her free time, Ms. Landa enjoys the outdoors, books, shows, museums, travel, and spending time with her family and friends.
