Danielle C. Favata
Danielle C. Favata is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Ft. Lauderdale office. Her practice areas include premises liability, auto liability, and general liability.
Before joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Favata worked at a large Florida firm, conducting jury trials and mediations, and handling cases from investigation to post-judgment, with cases involving catastrophic loss, surgical procedures, and traumatic brain injury.
Ms. Favata obtained her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law. She obtained her B.S. in Political Science from The Florida State University.
When not practicing law, Ms. Favata enjoys spending time with her family and her chocolate lab. She also enjoys reading and needlepoint.
