Daniel R. Cisneros
Daniel Cisneros is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. His practice is focused on pre-litigation matters, trucking defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, public entity defense, subrogation, and other general civil liability matters.
Mr. Cisneros has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals, the City of Fresno, and businesses in state courts throughout California. He has strategically achieved favorable results for his clients through mediations, settlement negotiations, and summary judgment motions. Mr. Cisneros is a strong advocate for his clients and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mr. Cisneros obtained his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law in 2020. During law school, Mr. Cisneros competed in the George Hopper Moot Court Competition and was a finalist for Best Oral Argument. Mr. Cisneros served as the 3L and 4L representative for the Student Bar Association and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Torts class. Prior to law school, Mr. Cisneros obtained his B.A. in Political Science with minors in Criminology and Sociology from California State University, Fresno. Mr. Cisneros was also a member of the Fresno State Mock Trial Team for four years.
In his free time, Mr. Cisneros enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading, and is a fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Giants.
