Conrad J. Pasquale
Conrad J. Pasquale is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office and is a member of the Law & Motion Team.
Mr. Pasquale draws on more than 15 years of litigation and advisory experience in handling complex litigation matters. He has extensive experience at state and appellate levels, managing a wide array of civil, family, criminal, and administrative matters. Mr. Pasquale’s current practice focuses on crafting persuasive and dispositive motions, petitions, and memoranda for trial level and appellate level cases. He has favorably resolved numerous matters throughout his career, including both individual and municipal clients. Mr. Pasquale collaborated successfully in defending a municipality from claims that it abused its authority in conducting a recent election. He won a civil appeal wherein a court improperly dismissed a client’s claim of adverse possession, leading to a favorable negotiated disposition. Mr. Pasquale has also settled numerous cases and disposed of others via motion practice to avoid unnecessary and protracted litigation for his clients.
Mr. Pasquale obtained his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Academic Scholarship recipient and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Frank S. Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute. He obtained his B.A. in English with a concentration in Literature from Binghamton University.
Outside the office, Mr. Pasquale enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his wife and children.
