Christopher Kelly
Christopher Kelly is a Tyson & Mendes Philadelphia Branch Office Co-Managing Partner. His practice areas include general liability, product liability, civil rights, professional liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, construction litigation, trucking litigation, employment law, commercial litigation, and insurance fraud.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Kelly was a partner at a Pennsylvania firm. Mr. Kelly takes a proactive and strategic approach with clients, bringing to bear decades of experience. He is ready to handle high-stakes litigation, operating in a high-risk jurisdiction with expertise and finesse. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Kelly regularly presents CEs and CLEs in order to share his knowledge with the wider defense industry. His work was recognized by Super Lawyers® in 2025. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Kelly obtained his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He obtained his B.A. from DeSales University.
Outside of work, Mr. Kelly is an active coach in youth soccer and basketball. As a pro bono service, he volunteers his time assisting battered and threatened persons in obtaining Protection From Abuse Orders.
