Carol Ann Seita

Carol Ann Seita is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. Her practice focuses on automobile and autonomous vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.

Before joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Seita was a partner at a California law firm, where she served as co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate group. She also previously worked at the Fresno U.S. Attorney’s office.

Ms. Seita received her J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law.  She received her B.S. from California State University, Fresno, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Seita earned a number of honors during her time at California State University, Fresno, including being selected as a Criminology Honors Scholar and a Smittcamp Honors Scholar. She is admitted to practice law in California, as well as in U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. She is recognized by Super Lawyers® as a Northern California Rising Star 2025 for Civil Litigation: Defense.

In her free time, Ms. Seita enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as cheering for her favorite teams: the San Francisco 49ers and the Fresno State Bulldogs.
