Brice Nakamura

Brice Nakamura is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. Mr. Nakamura’s practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Nakamura defended clients in complex litigation cases involving nationwide asbestos claims. He has extensive experience in litigating cases in state courts throughout California as well as federal district courts. Mr.  Nakamura has also worked as a plaintiff’s attorney, which gives him a unique perspective in advocating his cases.

Mr. Nakamura obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. As a student, he was selected to be an extern with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel, where he earned an honors distinction. He obtained an LL.M in Taxation from the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.

In his free time, Mr. Nakamura enjoys cooking, boxing, and spending time with his bulldog.
