Bobbie Ann Henderson is Branch Office Managing Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Atlanta office. Her practice areas include general litigation, construction, insurance, among others.
Bobbie Ann Henderson has over 25 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice is focused on construction defect, serious bodily injury and wrongful death claims, premises liability/negligent security matters, commercial and personal auto claims, environmental and habitability claims, together with commercial and business disputes and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Henderson’ served as claims counsel at a major insurance company, where she experienced first-hand the benefits of thorough and focused claims investigation and creative early resolution strategies. She became a strong advocate for exploring all avenues of risk transfer, which saved her clients thousands of dollars. She also witnessed and assisgted in developing strong trial techniques. Those experiences have sharpened her judgment in every phase of her civil practice.
Throughout her career, Ms. Henderson has always worked hard to ensure each case receives due strategic consideration and is positioned for the best possible resolution.
Ms. Henderson received her undergraduate degree and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in the states of Georgia and Florida.
Ms. Henderson raised three Eagle Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America and each one learned a different musical instrument. Now enjoying a quieter home, she enjoys family and solo travelling, seasonal gardening, and the performing arts in her spare time.
