Anthony Petro

Anthony Petro is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. His practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Petro also has experience in Education and School law with an emphasis on employment rights, the Equal Pay Act, and Title IX.

Mr. Petro has successfully represented school districts in numerous cases, including employment discrimination claims. He has saved his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in by successfully defending Adult Day Care Centers, Nursing Homes, Non-Profits, and more. Mr. Petro has a history of successfully stepping into cases late in the litigation process and bringing them to satisfying and successful outcomes in trial, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Petro obtained his J.D. from the Drexel Kline School of law in 2019, where he was a valuable member of the award-winning trial team.  He obtained his B.A. in Communications at Temple University.

In his free time, Mr. Petro enjoys a good book, spending time with his friends, and listening to musical soundtracks.
