Alyssa Gradisek

Alyssa Gradisek is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on general liability defense, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice matters.

Before transitioning to defense work, Ms. Gradisek represented plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability. She also handled employment disputes involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. This experience gives her a well-rounded perspective and a practical understanding of how cases are developed and argued from both sides.

Ms. Gradisek obtained her J.D. from Widener University, Delaware Law School, where she was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Women’s Law Caucus, and Phi Alpha Delta. While in law school, she gained valuable hands-on experience through internships with the Federal Community Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, she obtained her B.A. in English, with a minor in Law, Politics, and Society, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude.

Outside of the practice of law, Ms. Gradisek enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with her friends and family.
