Alexis Schuler
Alexis Schuler is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, and the defense of entities where sexual torts are alleged, including sexual assault and child sexual abuse.
Ms. Schuler has extensive civil litigation experience, including representing individuals and business entities in state courts and federal district courts throughout California. Her attention to detail and conscientiousness make her particularly well-equipped at managing complex, multi-party litigation matters from case inception through beneficial resolution. She frequently handles matters that are late in the litigation process to complete the necessary expert discovery, motion work and preparation for trial. Alexis is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for her work in Construction Law, Litigation – Construction, and Transportation Law.
Ms. Schuler obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law (’17), where she was inducted into the Public Service Honor Society for volunteering over 250 hours as a student law clerk at the San Diego County Superior Court, East County Criminal Division. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Arizona in 2013, with a double major in psychology and political science.
Ms. Schuler lives in Big Bear Lake, where she owns and operates a zipline business. In her free time, she likes to practice Pilates, attend live music events and snowboard.
