Aidan Kassem

Aidan Kassem is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. His practice focuses on defending claims of catastrophic personal injury, including the defense of entity defendants in cases involving alleged sexual torts, including sexual assault and child sexual abuse.

At Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Kassem has helped secure favorable outcomes for clients in high-stakes civil litigation by contributing to the drafting of motions, discovery, and case strategy aimed at achieving early and cost-effective resolutions. He plays a key role in case evaluation and development, working closely with senior attorneys to assess liability exposure, identify legal defenses, and support case strategies tailored to each client’s goals. His ability to synthesize complex factual and legal issues allows him to deliver strategic support across a wide range of matters. He is admitted to practice in California.

Mr. Kassem obtained his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2024. He obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2020.

Outside of the office, Mr. Kassem enjoys staying active outdoors, travelling, and spending time with his family.
